Campion Launches is a family run business established in 1980 by George Campion Snr. In the early days they were one of the first companies to run a boat service from Greenwich Pier to the then new Thames Barrier in 1982. m.v.Avontuur is the flagship of their fleet. Built in Holland in 1988 she has proved to be a very suitable vessel for operation on the Thames. The accommodation comprises of a lower disco area in the hull of the vessel, a very large enclosed main deck and an open top deck.
